Admission:

Admission to TANM is by application and lottery. The lottery process is initiated for any grade where the number of applicants exceeds the number allotted student spaces. Students who are not selected in the lottery will be put on a wait list in the order they were drawn. The wait list is cleared each year and wait listed students must reapply for the consecutive year.

Participation in TANM’s admission lottery is open to all 6th-12th grade students throughout New Mexico. Students currently attending TANM receive preference for enrollment the following year, without participation in the lottery. Siblings of current TANM students will complete a lottery form and receive automatic admission to TANM. Students of TANM Staff and Faculty Members have priority of admission as well as military families. Once contacted for acceptance, families have 10 business days to respond and accept their position.
